One day, the president was on the show The kids were all excited as the car came up the road They all lined up to greet him in their sweaters and their shoes He shook their hands one by one, they said, "How do you do?" They were to ask him questions on the set She asked about the grandkids, did they get to keep a pet? In fact, they had two cats which he thought were oh so dear Her name was Louise, she was the only black Mouseketeer In the second year on Halloween They all wore their costumes for a certain dance routine Someone tripped and others fell, they just laughed so hard They left it as it was and went out early to the yard She was dressed as if for masquerade The gown was from the studio, they headpiece was handmade One of the boys, he looked again, he felt a sudden stir It was the first time he knew that he was sweet on her In New York City, 1962 Classes from Strasberg, scholarship to N.Y.U. At the studio before this chapter did begin They had a wrap party for a film that she was in With one friend, she went down in the vault They saw some of their old things and a picture of them with Walt He was at the party and when she went to go He gave her a big hug and said, "I always loved you so" For many years, folks said excuse me please I have to ask, could you tell me if you are Louise? I can't believe it's you, I can't believe you're standing here It meant so much to me to watch you as a Mouseketeer
